Obverse

It is the side of a coin or medal bearing the head or principal design, i.e., the head of the coin.

Oddiyanam

The term refers to traditional jewellery from South India. It is a thick band of gold which is embellished with diamonds and ruby stones and is worn on the waist. It is secured through a clasp at the back.

OTC (Over the counter)

An over-the-counter (OTC) market is a decentralised market which does not have a specific central physical location. In this market, both the buyers and sellers act as market makers independently and quote prices at which they will buy and sell an asset. This trading is done without any exchange supervising the transactions.

Ounce or troy ounce

It is a measurement unit used to measure weight. An ounce is a troy ounce that equals 31.1035 grams.
